Returns
Merchandise can be returned or postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Returns received or postmarked after 7 days but within 14 days will be issued store credit. (All Sale items are FINAL SALE)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed unaltered and have the original tags attached.
- Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, smoke and animal hair.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no refund issued.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on return and exchanges.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items not in original condition or returned out of the 14 day return window will be refused.
- Sale items may not be returned.

Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued on the original payment method.
In-Store Returns
Return Policy for items purchased in-store:
7 days for a refund to your original form of payment if items are unworn and tags are attached. After 7 days, you have 14 days for store credit or exchange. An online purchase can be returned in-store with a copy of the order confirmation; printed or shown on your phone.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it leaves our store.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to UPS/USPS if your package is missing.
